Paper Moon is a stationary store on the North Side of Chicago. They were looking for an online storefront that is easy to maintain and simple for the user to navigate.

Problem
Other online stores don’t have a clear navigation and their checkout process can be difficult.
Goal
Be able to quickly find the product you want and checkout easily.
User Research Summary
I conducted interviews with people who frequently shop online at both big chains and small local stores. I asked about the shopping and checking out process and how they felt about the experience.
I also asked owners of local shops of what their experience was creating and maintaining an online store.

Too many pop-up disruption the users shopping experience
Button font and product description font too small and hard to read
Checkout process are confusing and often times you don't see your shopping cart until the last step
